We provide full sets of clear, concise drawings with all the details that site crews need to properly execute our projects and get you into the home you deserve. With our complete interior design service, you will have a personalized design that provides all the information needed for your construction and permit applications.
Our complete interior design service includes:
- Site survey.
- Initial conceptual meeting to discuss your needs.
- Conceptual plan.
- 3D modeling for visualization.
- Guaranteed revisions, reviewing plans until we create a layout that you love.
- Drawings for pricing that include floor plans, interior elevations, and cabinetry drawings.
- Selections of interior finishes, i.e., paint colors, tiles, flooring, lighting fixtures, etc.
- Detailed drawings for construction that contain everything necessary for permit application.
- Site visits during construction (only in Calgary and surrounding areas, and Northeast Texas, including Rockwall and Dallas)

But we have been through the ups and downs of construction many times and can guide you through them as a team! Of course, you come to us for professional help, but we’re also here to support you emotionally through the process and in some of the life-changing decisions you’ll be making.
2 – We have over 16 years of combined experience. We have designed many new builds and several renovations, and we have extensive experience dealing with city planners and safety code officers.
3 – Our designers have Bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and design studio education.
4 – We don’t only know the academics of design theory; we also understand how it applies in the real world! We have worked as technologists in the past, which helps us create designs that are achievable and functional.
5. Some designers only work in conceptual design, drawing everything by hand. That is not the case with us! Our team can do everything from conceptual design and floor plans to complete sets of construction drawings.
6 – We have experience with residential design for home additions, new builds, and interior design. Hiring us can provide you with a complete package: one team to guide you through your home and interior design. Everything is completed with one team, bringing a cohesive vision and feel.
We do not manage construction ourselves, but we do have options to assist you in this area! We can recommend reputable contractors we have worked with successfully in past projects. Or we will work directly with your contractor and provide site visits as they are needed.
We have offices in Canada (Calgary, AB) and the US (Texarkana, TX). Our team works remotely, which gives us the unique opportunity to help clients worldwide. We have had clients in Canada, US, and Brazil.
Yes, but we limit our projects to having a maximum of 4 projects on the go at any time. We like to be busy enough but not overworked so that we can give our best to each client. Once you sign a contract with us, we will provide you with a project schedule showing all milestones we will achieve and by which specific date they will be completed. That way, we can all be on track, on the same page, and on time.
As soon as you sign a contract with us, you will receive our Client Welcoming Package with all the information you need moving forward. We will then schedule our first meeting to discuss the design and start working on conceptual floor plans.
We invoice clients every month for the work done during that period.
